If you are looking for extra training or perhaps need to improve in specific areas of your martial arts, such as boxing, kicking, grappling, trapping, sparring or weapons, then one-to-one personal training is the answer.

It is the best way to learn detail and improve technique at a much faster rate than usual. One-to-one training focusses only on you and examines every little detail of your technique as well as increasing your speed, power, awareness and motivation.

Even one lesson a month can make a significant difference to the development of your skills. If you are interested in personal tuition and would like to discuss it further, please approach me so we can arrange a time and venue to suit your needs. All training equipment will be provided*.

if you have any doubts you may have about the benefits of one-on-one tuition, just ask some of the other students who have already gained so much from personal training.

Single lesson (1 hour) 35-00
Block of 5 x 1 hour lessons
(must be taken at no less than 1 lesson per week)

If required, private lessons (and the fee) can sometimes be shared with another student, subject to agreement. Please ask James Cowan for more information
